Gil Priel | Principal

Priel began his 30-year real estate career in investment and development by privately funding a group of commercial and real estate acquisitions in the Los Angeles area. In 1980, Priel was appointed Vice President of Gor Construction and Development, and followed as President of Priel Investment Properties, Inc. Ten years later, Priel joined forces with Eli Tene to build a platform of companies known as the Corporate Network, which is a one-stop-shop of various real estate services. He received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and holds a Law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Eli Tene | Principal

Tene specializes in commercial joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has negotiated over 1,000 short sale transactions and is highly specialized in REO's, as well as residential and commercial investments. Tene received his education at California State University, Northridge.

Kelli Espinoza | Senior Vice President

Espinoza began her career at Calwide Deed Services in Reseda where she was a Trustee Sale Officer. She then worked as the Foreclosure Manager for Title Trust Deed Service Company in Calabasas for 17 years, before joining the AFS Team. Kelli currently is the Senior Vice President of Default Operations and is responsible for foreclosure processing, senior lien monitoring, VA/FHA conveyances and complex foreclosures. Having a firm 27 years of experience in foreclosure services, Kelli is a leader in handling the growing surge of nationwide defaults.

Scott Sawyer | Default Servicing Manager

Scott Sawyer has over 14 years of default mortgage experience with an extensive background in Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, REO, Bankruptcy, Escrow Analysis, Investor Reporting and Due Diligence. Beginning his professional career in collections for Great Western Bank, Sawyer later joined California Federal Bank’s Loss Mitigation Department, which combined forces with Citigroup, the largest financial institution in the country. Responsible for their Loss Mitigation and payment processing divisions, Sawyer succeeded in keeping the delinquent ration down through pro-active calling campaigns. Sawyer has worked closely with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private investors over the years, making him an invaluable asset to the AFS Team.

Jerry Roumm | Senior Vice President of Marketing

Roumm is in charge of field marketing and sales in the Southern California area. Prior to joining the AFS Team, Roumm served in an executive position at Los Angeles based, Consolidated Reconveyance Company. He then ran the marketing and sales program at S.B.S. Trust Deed Network in Los Angeles for 8 years before coming to Asset Foreclosure Services. Through his previous work experience and continued progress at AFS, Roumm continues to build relationships within the mortgage default industry, as he provides a personalized feel service to all his clients for the past 18 years.

Ward R. Allen | Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales

With over 30 years of extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of loss mitigation, Ward is a critical asset to Asset Foreclosure Services. Though based in Georgia, Allen manages sales and marketing for the company on a national basis. Before his arrival at AFS, Allen served as Marketing Director for both TD Service Corporation, another California based Trustee, and Peele Financial Corporation. His extensive work experience also includes FNMA Senior Lender Representative, First Georgia Bank Executive Vice President and Banc Boston Mortgage Corp. Loan Servicing Vice President. Ward received a B.S. in Business Administration from Young Harris College.
